DriveUp Digital operates on a flat retainer, project-based, or hourly billing model depending on the services selected. All service charges are billed in advance as outlined in your service agreement.
Since marketing consultation, campaign setup, graphic design, and search optimization services involve significant manual labor and specialized execution, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced or campaigns have been launched.
You may cancel your monthly marketing retainer by providing 30 days' written notice to our team. Upon cancellation, you are responsible for paying all outstanding service fees for the duration of the notice period.
